1. How did you discover the book?
Bethany herself reached out to me and told me about the book and asked if I wanted a copy to review for my blog!
2. What did you love about it?
I loved how relatable it was and how it was written in a comedic fashion, literally every time I read a new fear I laughed whilst thinking “I thought I was the only one!” I loved the illustrations as well the book itself is absolutely stunning.
3. Who would you recommend it to?
I would recommend it to everyone! But particularly people who can relate to the feeling of anxiety, it makes you laugh and makes you feel as though you are not alone.
