Guojing (Jing Guo) is an illustrator and concept artist. Her wordless picture book ‘The Only Child,’ was a New York Times Best Illustrated book and a Publishers Weekly Best Top 10 Children’s Books of 2015. The story is based on her own experiences as a child in China. Guojing saw her picture book ‘Stormy: A Story About Finding a Forever Home’ published September 2019.
In September 2022 Guojing’s graphic novel ‘The Flamingo’ was published by Random House Studio. It has been garnering incredible starred reviews. One of the book’s images can currently be viewed at The Society Of Illustrators Original Art exhibition on the UES, NYC.
Guojing lives in Canada with her husband and son.
